Processing Time
most mirrors are handmade to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before dispatch. other mosaics will take 3-5 to pack . You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

United Kingdom: Free Standard Shipping (2–5 business days after dispatch)
Order Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order leaves the studio.
Address Changes
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Contact us immediately if you need to update it — we can’t reroute parcels once they’ve been dispatched.
Damages & Issues
We take great care in packaging our mirrors. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item so we can resolve the issue.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
A parcel is considered delayed if not delivered within 10 business days (UK) after dispatch. We’ll assist you in opening an inquiry with the courier.

Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
